As the original founder of Infoscore, Inc., Darrell is responsible for day-to-day company operations and direct management of sales and marketing, and is also responsible for the future direction of Infoscore's products.
With over thirty-two years of experience, Darrell has personally developed or directed the development of five (5) image based payment processing systems.
The current Infoscore product, Paydata.NET, is the culmination of this experience. Darrell's extensive career includes submarine systems development for the U.S. Navy. After several years, Darrell joined Bell & Howell's programming staff for their remittance processing systems and was involved in many high volume remittance-processing installations, including New York Telephone and Southwestern Bell.
In 1981, Darrell moved to England to direct the Payment Processing Division of Bell & Howell in Europe and returned a few years later as U.S. Director of Development for Bell & Howell's first imaging product. Shortly afterwards, Lundy Financial Products bought Bell & Howell. Darrell was instrumental in developing the TRACE system as well as designing the database for the remittance processing system that Lundy marketed for several years.
Bill brings over forty-four years of varied experience to his current role as Chief Financial Officer.
This extensive technical and financial background includes eighteen years with Capitol Records (Thorn EMI), serving in several capacities, including CFO, Treasurer and MIS Director. Bill also spent eight years with SmartStar Corporation, a provider of software development products and tools, as Vice President of Finance and Controller.
For eight years prior to SmartStar Corporation, Bill began his career in systems and technology related positions with IBM, Shore Calnevar, Inc., and CBS Television.
As the Director of Sales Mr. Garlock is responsible for new Revenue Generation for both the Direct and Indirect Sales Channels.
James has had a highly successful career that spans over 25 years in Sales and Sales Management in both the Technology and Financial Services Industry. James started his Technology career as an account representative in New York and quickly became a Senior Sales Executive responsible for selling Nortel Corporate Communication Solutions and NYNEX Network Services.
In 1994 James and his family relocated to North Carolina and was responsible for working with major corporate clients of Sprint and BellSouth selling Corporate Technology Solutions. In 2002 Mr. Garlock started his Financial Services career and worked as a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch and as a Sales Manager - Assistant Director for the Insurance Division of the Royal Bank of Canada in Charlotte, NC.
Mr. Garlock graduated from SUNY College in New York and Studied Business in London England. He has Completed numerous Technology, Sales Management and Financial Certifications throughout his successful career.
James is an active member of the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce and served as a Board Member and Public Policy Chairman for the Ballantyne Chapter, and served as a member of the Chambers Diversity Advisory Cabinet. He has also served on the Board and was active in supporting the Kiwanis Club Pineville Chapter.
